I can’t have that or you anymore, or ever again. You no longer exist. But I messed up, I think. There was so much potential that we never got to see because I couldn’t get my shit together.

You had your problems, too, but you were way more mature than I was. The me now… We would’ve been such a perfe goct couple. But the you now is literally not you. And that’s not an insult, you know exactly what I mean, hah.

Hm. This is the last message I’m ever going to write on this tumblr, guys. I’m recreating my identity and myself and making my life a lot better. So… I’ll be deleting this tumblr finally on New Years.

I said that I hope one day science will advance to the point that we can healthily feed those animals a vegan diet. Alternatively, science could advance to the point where those animals (and basically all people) can eat meat without an actual animal ever having been involved, thanks to that new science where they’re making cloned meat and such…

I’m pretty certain given enough cautious research we will one day be able to have healthy cats that are on vegan diets. That day is not today. We can do that with dogs, though, already. Just not quite with cats yet.

Why is it even fucking necessary though?! It’s not. Have you seen that article about the couple that tried giving their kitten a vegan diet?! It nearly DIED.

Cats and dogs are carnivores, omnivores if you want to get all “But they can eat grains, dog food isn’t just meat”

BUT THEY ARE NATURAL HUNTERS.

IT IS THEIR NATURAL INSTINCT TO HUNT.

IF YOUR CAT IS AN OUTDOOR CAT IT IS LIKELY GOING TO GO OUT AND HUNT MICE AND *GASP* EAT THE MEAT.

You wouldn’t give a fucking tiger a head of cabbage or a wolf a bunch of carrots.

Seriously this is ridiculous and I’m not arguing it further.

You are very basic and uneducated.

Perhaps it’s necessary because we live in a dying world and some of the principle industries causing that death are meat and dairy, and the more we can wean our entire society off of meat and dairy, the better.

Those industries cause far more environmental toxins than automobiles or other vehicles.

And just because one couple tried to feed their cat a vegan diet and failed doesn’t mean it’s not possible. There could have been many problems with the specific diet. You do realize the wide variety of things that can be in a vegan diet, do you not?

Stop being frustrated because some people want to save the world and you want to be able to sit back and enjoy your meat and dairy while the entire world goes to shit.

Are you being serious because I sincerely hope you…

There are cruelty free farms! And people that hunt their own food or get their own eggs from chickens they keep as pets. Yeah sure the food industries aren’t great or ethical but there are other places to support ethical treatment and raising of animals for produce. And being an omnivore is human nature, it’s natural instinct for us to hunt for our food. Just like how snake eat mice, or cats need meat. You wouldn’t give a kitten a vegan diet. Yes, it’s awesome humans can eat quite a variety of foods, but I don’t think you have to be vegan to be an animal rights activist, and you DEFINITELY don’t have to be vegan to be an animal lover! Our diet is meant to have meat in it, not a whole bunch of processed vegan replacements. I’m sorry but I find this post ridiculous, even as a vegan myself.

Just because someone isn’t vegan doesn’t mean that they’re buying from big name companies that treat their animals horribly.

Cruelty farms are not cruelty free. The slaughtering process is not cruelty free. The fact that you are unnecessarily killing animals is not cruelty free. Hunting is not cruelty free. You are shooting animals you never needed to kill or eat in the first place.

Modern science is increasingly suggesting that humans are not meant to be omnivores. Almost everything about us screams herbivore. We have no fangs or claws. Are teeth are shaped like most herbivores. The length of our intestines is long, like most herbivores. Our stomach and intestinal pH is like herbivores. We are the only animal in the world that has to eat our milk cooked or we could DIE. And you think that’s natural?

How can you be an animal right’s activist and support the consumption of animals, which is unnatural and unnecessary? Most animals have shit lives, and few people actually eat from those sources. Almost EVERY consumer buys from big name companies or supports that buying by eating friend’s food, family’s food, food at events, food at restaurants, etc. that comes from those sources.

Get real.
